I'm Cemile. Before becoming a doctor, I worked as a nurse for more than ten years. That's where I learned what patients need most: someone who really listens. After studying medicine in Hamburg, I became a specialist in gynaecology and later gained an additional qualification in gynaecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. Today I live in Palma and support women in four languages.

Is an online consultation as good as an appointment in person?
For advice, discussing results and planning treatment: yes. Anything that can be clarified in conversation, we discuss by video. If you need an in-person examination, I'll tell you openly and we'll find a way together.
What do I need for the appointment?
A smartphone, tablet or computer with a camera and a stable internet connection. If you have lab results, reports or a list of your medication, keep them to hand.
What language is the consultation in?
You decide: Deutsch, Español, English or Türkçe.
Will I get a prescription?
If we decide on a treatment together, I will issue a private prescription. You can use it in any country.
How much does a consultation cost?
The consultation for girls (30 minutes) costs €150. The first consultation for all other topics (45 minutes) costs €245, and each follow-up (30 minutes) €150. A prescription costs €10. FemBalear is a private, self-pay practice. Public and statutory health insurance does not cover the cost. If you have private health insurance, please check with your insurer whether they will reimburse the cost. You pay easily and securely online via Stripe.
Is my data safe?
Everything you tell me stays confidential. Medical confidentiality applies online too. The video consultation runs on DriCloud, medical software that is also used to manage your patient record and appointments. This keeps your data in a system designed for handling health data.
